The hotel room was perfect, clean, and just a few minutes walk from Kansai station at a very reasonable price. However, the room was small compared to a previous stay which was twice as big and cost less.

Despite seeing only three other guests during my stay, the staff were more than helpful and even helped us to book a trip to Mt Fuji. The front counter staff were very friendly and professional.

The hotel is usually very convenient as it is close to major attractions easily accessible by metro or walking. However, it was hard to navigate with two people staying and travel luggage due to its tiny size compared to a traditional Ryokan.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the JR Yamanote line for easy transfers to Tokyo station and beyond. The staff were accommodating during my stay, allowing me to adjust my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the room itself was quite small and had a noticeable musty smell.
